Solid Brass Series

Brass is one of the finest material used to craft hardware. Its nature is a highly dependable resistant to corrosion and provides the smoothest finish compared to hardware made of other materials. Our Solid Brass Series go through a heat forging process, starting with raw solid brass material heated to high temperature, then pounded into specially made mould to form the desired products. This process requires more intensive work and attention to details compare to a forging technique known as casting, but it produces heavier and stronger products.
